Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Storied Technologies PTY LTD (“Zenframe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website or Shopify store.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided at checkout where available.

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Supply chain or logistics disruptions

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order passes to you.

8. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

Title to the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit:

  • Provide your order number and photos where applicable

Claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and carrier policies.

10. International Shipping

For international orders, you may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
