These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenframe website, Shopify store, hardware products, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Storied Technologies Pty Ltd (“Zenframe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By visiting our website, purchasing our products, creating an account, downloading our app, or using any Zenframe Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. About Zenframe
Zenframe is a digital family organisation system that includes:
- Physical hardware devices and accessories
- A mobile application
- Cloud-based services and integrations (e.g. calendars)
- Support services and content
Some features require an account and internet connection.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or using Zenframe under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- Any information you provide is accurate and up to date
3. Online Store Terms
3.1 Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However:
- Colours and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing or display differences
- Packaging contents may change slightly without notice
3.2 Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices at any time
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders affected by errors or suspected fraud
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- Weather events
- Supply chain disruptions
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
You are entitled to remedies for:
- Major failures (refund, replacement, or compensation)
- Minor failures (repair or replacement)

6. Refunds, Returns & Repairs
Refunds or replacements are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Not covered:
- Change of mind
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear
Proof of purchase is required.

7. Software & App License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Zenframe software and app for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Interfere with system security or functionality
8. User Accounts
Some features require an account.
You agree to:
- Keep login details secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity on your account
- Notify us of unauthorised access immediately
The first account created on a device becomes the Admin Account.
9. User Content
You may upload content such as photos, calendars, events, or profiles (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Services.
You must not upload content that:
- Is unlawful, offensive, or defamatory
- Infringes third-party rights
- Compromises privacy or security
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
Zenframe integrates with third-party services (e.g. Google, Apple, Microsoft calendars).
We are not responsible for:
- Availability or accuracy of third-party services
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Data shared under third-party terms
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Privacy & Data
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with:
- Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
- Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- Applicable international laws where relevant
By using Zenframe, you consent to our data practices.
12. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Enable core functionality
- Analyse usage
- Improve performance

13. Intellectual Property
All Zenframe content, software, branding, designs, and trademarks are owned or licensed by Storied Technologies Pty Ltd.
You must not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.
14. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We disclaim all implied warranties
- Use of the Services is at your own risk
Statutory consumer guarantees still apply.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
Our liability is limited as required under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Pose a security or legal risk
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
