Account Deletion & Data Privacy
In accordance with Google Play’s User Data policy, Zenframe provides a straightforward way for users to request the deletion of their account and associated data.
What happens when I delete my account?
Your profile information and login credentials will be permanently removed from our servers.
Any personalized settings or stored data within the Zenframe app will be deleted.
Note: This action is irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Open the Zenframe app.
Navigate to Settings > Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Method 2: Web Request If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request via our secure form:

How long does deletion take? Requests are typically processed within 48–72 hours.
Do you keep any data? We only retain data that we are legally required to keep for regulatory or tax purposes (e.g., transaction history if applicable).
